Community Rest for Peace
Gather with members of the Eastern Shore community for a morning of nourishing rest and heartfelt connection. Together, we will unplug from the daily grind while resting & renewing our bodies and minds.
Together, we will
-Address the importance of genuine rest to the process of cultivating peace and change in times of social unrest.
-Release accumulated tensions from the body and ease into a state of peaceful connection with gentle, intuitive movements.
-Rest while experiencing a nourishing, guided meditation called iRest® Yoga Nidra led by Jessica Hagy, Certified iRest Meditation Teacher.
-Hold space for sharing our heartfelt callings and visions for peace.
Peace begins within ourselves and flows out to our chosen families, communities and beyond. Together, we can be the peace we want to see in the world.
